Jane Nezvesny

Jane NezvesnyJane Nezvesny originally from Collegeville, Pennsylvania, began dancing at the age of three and quickly found her passion on stage and in the studio. She grew up training and competing at The Dance Depot, where she studied ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, and tap. Throughout her competitive years, Jane earned multiple first place overall awards for her solos, duos, and group dances, and received invitations to The Dance Awards through national convention recognition. She also spent her summers training with pre-professional dance companies in Philadelphia, PA, gaining valuable experience in performance, choreography, and intensive training environments. Jane is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy at West Chester University. While at WCU, she was a two-year member of the nationally ranked West Chester University Dance Team. During her time on the team, she performed at athletic events, competed nationally at UDA College Nationals in Orlando, and participated in campus and community fundraisers including events in collaboration with the Philadelphia Eagles. In addition to her dance background, Jane has taught yoga and pilates, incorporating her knowledge of movement science to focus on core strength, flexibility, and injury prevention. She has also assisted choreographer Bilal Simpson at various intensives and master classes. Her teaching style blends strong technical foundations with an emphasis on performance quality and self-expression. Jane’s favorite styles to teach are jazz and lyrical. She loves helping dancers find confidence in their movement while pushing them to grow artistically and athletically. Whether teaching or choreographing, her goal is to create a positive, challenging environment where dancers feel supported and inspired to reach their full potential.
